Terms of Service

Nobla — last updated 19 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and NOBLA LTD, trading as Nobla, 66 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NA ("we", "us") for your use of Nobla. By creating an account you accept them.

What Nobla is

Nobla is a tool for UK painters and decorators: it helps you carry out a site survey, work out a price, and send a professional proposal to your customer.

Nobla is a tool, not an estimator and not an adviser. The prices, quantities, coat counts and scope in any proposal are yours. You are responsible for checking them before you send anything to a customer. Any figure Nobla suggests is a starting point for your judgement, never a substitute for it.

Your contract is with your customer

When you send a proposal, the resulting agreement is between you and your customer. We are not a party to it. We do not guarantee your work, we do not arbitrate disputes about it, and we are not responsible for the job itself.

Your account

You must be 18 or over and using Nobla for your trade or business. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one business — do not share logins across separate businesses.

Subscription and billing

If you stop paying

Your data is not deleted the moment a subscription ends. You keep read access to your existing surveys and proposals, and you can export or copy what you need. Creating new work requires an active subscription.

Payments from your customers

Where Nobla records a payment your customer has made to you — by bank transfer, cash, or card — it is recording your commercial arrangement. We are not the payee, we do not hold your money, and we do not act as an escrow or a payment institution. Card payments, where enabled, are processed by Stripe under their terms and paid to your own connected account. Your bank details shown on a proposal are the ones you entered, and it is your responsibility to check they are correct.

Your data is yours

You own your surveys, proposals, photos and customer records. We claim no ownership of them and we do not use them to train AI models. We store and process them only to run the service for you. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

You may export or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account removes it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nobla to send anything unlawful, misleading or abusive; do not use it to impersonate another business; do not attempt to access another account's data; do not resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

Availability

We aim to keep Nobla working and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Work is stored on your device as well as in the cloud, so a temporary outage should not stop you completing a survey on site. We may change or withdraw features; if we withdraw something significant, we will give reasonable notice.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that: we are not liable for lost profit, lost work, lost business or lost data arising from an underquoted job, a mispriced proposal, or a decision you made using Nobla. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

You are using Nobla for your business, so the consumer rights that apply to private individuals do not apply to this agreement.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Nobla and delete your account at any time. We may end this agreement on reasonable notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms. If we end it without cause, we will refund any period you have paid for and not used.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Nobla after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
